We will happily accept returns for any unused, unopened, or damaged products. To qualify for a return, you must email customercare@radiancereigncosmetics.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase. Please provide your full name, order number and reason for return. For damaged items, also send details about the damage including pictures of the damaged product and the shipping packaging. Once your return request is processed, you will receive an email that includes a 'RMA' number that must be indicated on the return packing slip. Products must still be in its original and respective packaging. Return your purchased items and return packing slip with the return shipping label that will be emailed to you. Please retain a copy of the return shipping label for your records. Returns are sent to the following address:

Upon receipt of goods and quality is checked, we will issue you a refund for the amount purchased excluding any shipping fees. Please note, any original shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Returns that don't include the RMA will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense. Radiance Reign Cosmetics isn’t responsible for any shipping fees, lost, or untraceable return shipments. Please allow 10-14 business days before your refund is issued and credited to your account.
