We offer $7 flat rate shipping for U.S. orders under $100. Orders shipping within the US for over $100 ship for free. Transit times are estimated to take 5-7 business days for delivery. Please allow 2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your shipment confirmation email.
Yes! We offer $12 flat rate shipping for all international orders. At this time, we don’t offer a free international shipping option. Please note, customs and duty fees may apply to international orders depending upon your country’s postal service. Radiance Reign Cosmetics is not responsible for any additional charges whereas they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other applicable shipping fees aren’t included in the price or shipping cost. If you have further questions regarding those fees, please reach out to your local customs office prior to placing an order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received a shipment email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also check your shipping status by logging into your account and viewing your recently placed orders under ‘My Orders’. Please allow 1 business day for your tracking number to update.

International packages typically have updated tracking once they have arrived to your destination country. It is up to your local post office to scan and update tracking details. Sometimes they choose not to scan and update tracking, but rest assured it is still on its way to you.

Returns & Exchanges
We will happily accept returns for any unused, unopened, or damaged products. To qualify for a return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase. Please provide your full name, order number and reason for return. For damaged items, also send details about the damage including pictures of the damaged product and the shipping packaging. Once your return request is processed, you will receive an email that includes a 'RMA' number that must be indicated on the return packing slip. Products must still be in its original and respective packaging. Return your purchased items and return packing slip with the return shipping label that will be emailed to you. Please retain a copy of the return shipping label for your records. Returns are sent to the following address:

Upon receipt of goods and quality is checked, we will issue you a refund for the amount purchased excluding any shipping fees. Please note, any original shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Returns that don't include the RMA will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense. Radiance Reign Cosmetics isn’t responsible for any shipping fees, lost, or untraceable return shipments. Please allow 10-14 business days before your refund is issued and credited to your account.
